Our Founder
Our founder, the eldest son of Roberta, a hardworking and dedicated mother, and Kevin Sr., a United States Marine, was born into a humble, loving and God fearing family. Having overcome the difficulties of growing up in inner city Philadelphia during the eighties, he found himself transferring from Central High School of Philadelphia, second oldest in the nation, to rural Hempfield High School in Greensburg, PA. While a bit of a culture shock, the experience proved invaluable as it provided insight and perspective on the similarities and differences between rural and urban life. Heading off to Lehigh University to study Engineering, and becoming, as a freshman, one of the youngest starters in the history of Division I football, college proved to be yet another challenging chapter in life. One that required discipline, dedication and hard work to achieve success. After graduation, professional football became the next great opportunity. Playing for multiple NFL franchises, winning an NFL Europe Championship, and pursuing a graduate degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering were all rewarding in their own way as Mr. Jefferson began his transition into corporate America. It was during this time that Mr. Jefferson was blessed to have his daughter. Stepping away from football, focusing on his child and family, teaching at risk youth, and designing and manufacturing laser systems ultimately led to Mr. Jefferson finding his niche in Quality Management. Literally starting at the bottom and working his way to the top of a multinational corporation, he gained invaluable experience, insight and expertise. Having performed this function for multiple organizations in various industries added to the breadth of his knowledge and understanding of business management. This has only increased in the years since by sitting on the Strategic Planning Committee of the US delegation for Quality Management within the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Mr. Jefferson, along with a host of amazing professionals from various disciplines, wants to bring this expertise to you. As dictated by his faith, he wants to help those that want to provide services, products, and employment to the people and see them flourish even through tough times.

We will communicate openly and honestly maintaining a level of transparency that is intended to provide comfort and reassurance to the client. We will make ourselves available to answer any questions that may arise and provide timely responses and reports, as the relationship may dictate. We seek to develop lasting mutually beneficial relationships. We will celebrate a client’s wins as our own.
